This past weekend I was able to throw my best friend a baby shower!! She was unable to have one for her first little girl, so it seemed only suiting to have one for her second! And boy was it fun planning and decorating for it! David can't comprehend the joy or the importance of decorations, let alone hand made ones...men...but I do! It's just necessary. And I might add that every decoration and craft that I had...I made :) (I'm just trying to keep up with my crafty sisters). But really it seemed to be a successful shower, I loved spending time with old friends and catching up on lives, and of course celebrating the soon arrival of a new little one!
Here's some snippets from the day. For the craft I made some little baby blocks (it pays to have a table saw), and then got paper all cut and ready for each guest to modge podge their own little block for baby girl. I think it turned out pretty darn adorable!

I loved making these book pages heart streamers! It was so fun. And of course window decorations wouldn't be complete without fresh flowers strung

I love you Amanda and I am so excited for your new addition, she is going to be absolutely adorable, just like her big sis and mamma! Here's to the countdown!
Thanks again!! It was perfect and I loved all of your cute details! You are so talented and I'm so lucky to have you as a friend! Tell David thanks for his help too with the blocks, Taylor loves them and thinks they are hers, we're gonna have to work more on sharing especially with Baby Sister ;)
