Third Year's A Charm

We met October 29, 2010, became a couple November 5, you said you loved me two weeks later, I told you I loved you a month later (had to make you sweat it out a bit), got engaged March 24, 2011, got married for time and all eternity August 13, 2011, had our first baby boy August 31, 2013, and are still madly in love today and forever.

My life is happiness.  My family is my joy.  My husband is my rock.  I cannot believe I have been married for 3 years and have a son.  Time goes fast, but I wouldn't have it any other way.  I love my life.

Our anniversary was blissful.  David surprised me by taking the day off work so we could just play as a family! Anderson of course decided to upset our schedule with not sleeping so we didn't do too much playing, but we did get a trip to Cabellas in where Anders was both mesmerized and terrified by the fish in the aquarium, and of course we got another Home Depot trip in.  I believe Anderson is getting quite comfortable in that place.

And then my sister so willingly came down and babysat for us while we went and hiked Stewart Falls! Anderson loves Auntie Anna and I love how much she loves him!  He even got some cousin time in when my sister in law came and visited with her little boy while they are in town for a couple weeks! I love as they get older they become more and more like buddies.

This hike has been "our thing" since we have known each other.  When we were dating we decided to hike it at night, in the snow.  It was quite the adventure, but so much fun!

We then hiked it with family in the spring time.  We hiked it in snowshoes the next winter.  And finally now we have hiked it again as parents! I love it.  It was gorgeous, and peaceful and so much fun talking about our years of marriage and how we have grown, or not. But you definitely cant beat that view or the clean crisp smell of the mountains.  David would live here in isolation if he could.

 I love you David with all my heart and I am so glad to have my best friend by my side at every step.  You are the greatest husband I could ask for and the most incredible father.  Happy 3 years babe, here's to many many more.
